newly built double 2 bedroom flat in beckenham
i have a newly built double 2 bedroom flat in beckenham BR3.with housing association.
The 2 bedrooms are double rooms one has its own balcony.The front room is very spacious also with its own balcony, both balconys are big.
There is gas,central heating and double glazing.
The bathroom has a bath with a shower attachement, and a new towel rail.
The kitchen is also large,there are lights under the cupboards that light up , a medicine cupboard with a key.the flat is very modern and so is the building,
There is a video entry system for the door and a communial garden but the garden is hardly used.
There is a extra storage cupboard in the hallway and also an extra cupboard outside the front door to which you have your own key this is a fair size too.
I live on the 5th floor of a 6 floor block the block is a small block of flats with only 2 neighbours per floor and the neighbours are friendly.there is a lift avaliable.
Local within 2 min walk are trains,tram,buses,supermarket and shops.
within a 5 min walk there is a park,drs,schools and the high street with shops.
This is a nice peaceful area i am only moving as i require a garden with sole use as i have a kid.
I would like a 2 bedroom house with a garden in Bromley,Beckenham,Hayes,West wickham,biggen hill and surrounding areas
